Paoli, Indiana - The Heart of Hoosier Hospitality
Centered around the historic Orange County Courthouse and downtown square,
the small town of Paoli is the heart of hoosier hospitality. At the crossroads of southern Indiana, Paoli is surrounded by the Hoosier National Forest and features beautiful scenery and year-round recreation.
Paoli was settled in the early 1800's and officially become a town in 1816 when Indiana was admitted into the Union. Listed on the National Registry of Historic places, you will find many historic points of interest and a wonderful downtown shopping area.
With a current population of 4100 people, woodworking is the major industry in the area, along with tourism. Excellent health care and an award-winning school system also serve the community.
